Refund & Returns Policy

At Not Just About Padlocks, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent returns process. This policy outlines your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as well as our procedures for cancellations, returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, unless faulty.

  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is unsuccessful, a refund will be offered.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Some sale or clearance items may be non-returnable. Please check the individual product listing for any exceptions.

Cancelling Your Order

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

  • To cancel, please contact us with your order number and return the item in its original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a description and photo evidence.

  • If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you may request a full refund.

  • If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may reject the item and receive a refund.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. For faulty items, please include photos to help us assess the issue.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Most refunds are issued within 48 hours of return receipt.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
