UK Shipping

• We offer Tracked 48 & Tracked 24 Shipping Via Royal Mail
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 2 – 3 working days. This may vary for larger orders, or deliveries to remote locations.

International Shipping

• Shipped via UPS. The available shipping method can vary by location.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day, and delivered within 5 – 7working days. This will differ with pre-/back orders.

Pre-orders/Back orders

• Any items purchased on pre-order/backorder will have a longer handling time. Generally these items will inform you that they are on backorder during the checkout process. 
• Handling time for these items will be at least 7-days, but could be up to 14.

• We use reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
• If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
• All exports are currently Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), and will require you to pay your relevant countries import duties.
